Saving Wild Horses
Awesome, Suzanne!! I love the pictures every single one is beautiful!!! Sorry there were not more mustangs out as there were about 6 more, but Monday is my day off and people were pinchhitting for your arrival. Hope to see you soon, and I would like to purchase some pictures along with others here at the barn, so glad you came. Thank You!!

Technique and Talent
Hi Suzanne - I linked to your site while visiting the Horse Rescue and Sanctuary site. As a hobby photographer myself who has little confidence in my work, I am enamored at how poignantly soulful and beautiful your photos are. I am involved in rescue as well and have three senior horses I'm trying to place. Having photographs like these must make a difference. What kind of camera and equipment do you use?

Hi Laura,
Thanks for looking at the site! I have simply a DSLR canon rebel, but I spent a lot of time learning with film. The pix do help the rescue, but hopefully they also help people "see" that even the throw-aways are incredibly beautiful. Don't say you have little confidence in your work. Do it cause it's something you love. Honestly, I can only photograph things that inspire me. Never worry about critiques or what others think. Do it out of love and passion. Where is your rescue? I'd love to see your images!
